Seit der Firmengrndung im Jahre 1919 durch Giuseppe Kettmeir ist das Weingut den lokalen Traditionen treu geblieben. AUSBAU: Die Maische, die durch sanftes Pressen der Trauben gewonnen wird, wird fr 8 10 Tage einer Ruhephase unterzogen. Im Anschluss erfolgt die Fermentation bei kontrollierten Temperaturen in Edelstahltanks, bevor der Wein auf Flaschen gefllt wird. AROMA:
