Talks about a business plan and not all business plans will work for each business. There is alot of valuable information and tools on how to run your own business. The basics of building a business

This workbook is a companion piece to the book of the same name. It takes a start up entrepreneur through all the initial barriers to start up, methods to overcome barriers and fundamentals of starting up a business. It emphasises the importance of a SWOT analysis and having a sound financial plan. It is a sound method to use for a person beginning their business journey to make sure they cover all the vitally important steps to starting their own business.
