I've had cradles cap since I was a little girl. It's these big flakes of scalp that are itchy and embarrassing and just look terrible when out of control. The ingredients in here are perfect for me, I can't remember a time when my scalp was so clear, clean, and itch-free. No more embarrassment when going out, no more flaky scalp/skin. Paired with my silicone scalp massager, washing my hair and scalp has become a breeze and I've only used it twice! The smell is nice and did I mention that its very moisturizing for my hair, which is hard to come by in shampoos. Maybe once you get your eczema under control with some other product, you can use this for maintenance, but it's an absolute misery if you have a bad outbreak of eczema. I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin. Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. Plus, my acute outbreak has subsided and it's perfectly fine to use now, so just be warned it hurts to apply if you have an active eczema flareup!
