I do not buy Cover Girl products, but took a chance on this. I am happy I did. This is a nice eyebrow pencil, for a drugstore brand. It does not have the Cover Girl smell. The color was fine for me. I just ordered their Easy Brow and Fill Tool, which is a stick of color that winds in and out and so far like it very much. Would recommend that and not this ink pen.
