Die Nase zeigt Aromen von roter Pflaume, roter Erde, etwas Cassis, gersteter Speck, ein Hauch Feuerholz, etwas Speck. Gen Ende ergnzt sich noch etwas Thymian und frisch gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer hinzu. Am Gaumen ist der Wein tiefgrndig und elegant. Pflaumenzeste, etwas Granatapfel, schwarze Johannisbeere und Piment fr die Wrze. Das Tannin und die Sure sind feingliedrig eingebunden.
