I have a history of radiation to the head and neck due to cancer. I usually use xylimelts for nighttime which are my go-to. And I can't really sleep without them. It keeps the cheeks and gums hydrated but not the tongue. I still woke up and had to have water because my tongue was dried out. It's the best backup to xylimelts I have found for overnight relief so far. Definitely going to buy again. Likely for daytime use and as a backup to xylimelts.
