The Alco RS 3 Hammerhead Loco was built by Alco for the Pennsylvania Railroad in December 1953 and was delivered as PRR 8445. It was equipped with both dynamic brakes and a steam generator. The Bowser model is as built for the PRR. Features: Can motor LED lighting Blackened nickel plated wheels Many detail parts. Chassis the same as used in our recent release of Phase 3 locos.
