Imperial Taper Lock Bush 4040- 3.3/8Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

Purchased as a birthday present for my very smart 14 year old grandson. The book gives simple discussions about most basic elements of physics. I’m hoping it is not too simple but not too complex.
