I ordered this in march just started to use it. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch according to reviews, however it’s like rubbing on sand paper it leaves a white residue on your skin . After it heats up you can rub most of it in but I wouldn’t reorder. It does moisturizer but the sandpaper feeling is not worth the trouble. :(

Unfortunately, it arrived in the exact same condition. The product has melted into the cap and texture is grainy. I will keep both as the product is great but I won't be reordering until they can figure out how to ship their lip balms without it melting.
