My kitchen only has one electrical outlet, placed on a wall with hardly any counter space, which effectively renders it useless. It was also installed with the grounding prong holes on top, so all the low-profile extension cords I found would point in the wrong direction I wanted the cord to go. So I was really happy to find this one. The cord is kind of thick and still has a memory from being coiled up in the package, but I'm hoping with time it will straighten out.
