I was looking forward to my textbook which arrived in great condition. I needed to activate the ebook and it was a disaster. I could not redeem my code for unclear reasons, I called the number in the textbook which took me to an India location, answered by someone who could not enter my e-mail correctly, and ended having to create a ticket. I was told I had to wait 24-48 hours to resolve the issue. I called the Editorial company and they were not able to help stating it was not their issue. It has been very frustrating. I bought 6 medical books from Elsevier, all of them redeemed as I received them, immediately activated. No hassles at all.
